SDH-98 composite corrosive inhibitor |
| Cooperating with nanhua institute, we developed this composite corrosive inhibitor. It can handle the corrosion of MDEA-CO2 system. The system will get good protection only in low dosage, the dosage is about 400-600PPm. It offer good performance in MEDA solution and can form a protecting membrane on the surface of carbon steel. It si one kind of stable chemical, it can not be decomposed.
The usage of composite corrosive inhibitor:
1. Diluted this product into 42 times of MDEA solution
2. before the air is put into system, you can passivate the equipment first. For first operation, you can fill this liquid into the every pary of equipment , the temperature is about 90°C. 24 hours later, pumping this liquid and establishing recycling system, the temperature is about 90°C for 1 to 2 days, and then you can start normal production |
