Characteristics
- It can remove the inorganic salt and organic salts of crude oil, it can increase the desalting voltage and reduce the desalting current to save energy promptly . through reducing the metal ion of crude oil, it can reduce the sediment of meatl on the wall of metal and avoid the acidic corrosion to the metal.
- It can avoid the catalyst poisoning caused by adsorbing metal impurities and, it can increase the yield of light oil
- In hydrogen cracking process, ti can avoid the calcium anf iron settled on the bed of catalyst.
- The dispersant of this product can be used as demulsifier, the decalcifying agent can be dispersed into oil/water emulsion and reached good oil/water blending effect. Through reducing the tension of interface, it can increase desalting percent.
Dosage
- SF-98 new crude oil decalcifying agent can be used in the electrical desalting process to improve the efficiency of desalting to deep desalting target. It can work with emulsion breaker.
